Founder & CEO
Ljiljana graduated from the University of Montenegro with a degree in Economics, and is currently reading for a Masters degree in Financial markets and Corporate Management at the University of Donja Gorica. She participated at several regional and international business seminars and conferences.
Ljiljana gained her decade-long experience working in several Montenegrin and multinational companies at managerial positions in sectors of marketing, retail, human resources and finances. In 2015 she founded BePositive with a desire to offer comprehensive consulting services to businesses in Montenegro. She is also the founder and editor-in-chief of Ekonomist, a business web-magazine.
Adam D. Roth
Adam David Roth graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s business dual-degree program with a Bachelor’s in Communication and Rhetoric and Business Administration. He pursued his graduate studies at the University of Iowa, where he earned his MA and PhD in Communication Studies and Rhetoric. Currently, he is associate professor at the University of Rhode Island, where he also serves as Interim Director of the Harrington School of Communication and Media, with 1600 students and 62 full-time faculty in undergraduate and graduate programs in Communication Studies, Public Relations, Film/Media, Journalism, Writing & Rhetoric, and Library and Information Studies. Dr. Roth’s work is published in peer-reviewed journals and academic books, and is frequently presented at national and international conferences that are devoted to the study of rhetoric, communication, philosophy, and education.
Adam is a well-seasoned teacher, speaker, researcher, and administrator with 15 years of excellence in higher education, including 10 years as the director of three, large, interdisciplinary, academic programs.
